Independent Contractor
I Rank High is a service provider and we work with different individuals and organizations after entering into agreements. We will work as an independent contractor if you hire our services.
Order Start Terms
Our team will need your requirements in detail to start working on your project. We prefer putting all the requirements in writing to avoid misunderstandings and confusion at a later stage.
Advance Payment
We take a portion of the price in advance to ensure quality and commitment. Depending on the nature of our order, we may need 50% to 100% of the total order price.
Remaining Payment
We will set a due date for the remaining payment if we have not taken the full order price. In this case, we request that our customers clear the dues by the due date.
Payment Methods
I Rank High uses various payment methods to collect payments from customers. However, we prefer bank transfers in all cases. If you are not able to make a transfer into our bank account, please let us know.
Refund Policy
We may be able to refund the amount transferred by our customers in some cases. In general, refunding the advance payment is not possible once the work on a project has started.
Potential Delays
I Rank High always set realistic deadlines for projects we work on. Though we try our best to deliver services on time, there can be delays in some cases.
Client Cancellation
Any of our clients can cancel a service by serving a 15-day written notice. After the cancellation of our services by the client, we will properly provide services for the leftover time.
Change in Pricing
If we increase our prices, the I Rank High team informs the existing clients about price raises. Our clients can negotiate with us and we reserve the right to make the final decision.
Payment Methods
We will share a list of preferred payment methods and we request our clients to stick to them and make payments using any of those payment methods at all times.
Timely Payments
I Rank High often hires talent on a project-to-project basis and we have to pay salaries timely. Due to this reason, our valued clients are requested to process the payment timely.
Applicable Venue
For in-person meetings for dispute resolution and legal proceedings, clients should select Toronto or any city adjoining Toronto.
Applicable Law
Since we are based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, our agreements with our clients shall be governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
Non-Solicitation and Non-Hire
Our clients shall not hire any of our existing or ex-staff members during the term of our agreement and two years after the end of our agreement with our clients. This restriction applies to all forms of work opportunities.
Recordings of Meetings
For quality assurance purposes, I Rank High management records the meetings between our staff members and our clients. Such recordings will be stored carefully for 6 months and will be deleted after finalizing our quality assurance procedures.
Compliance is Necessary
Our clients and staff members cannot add anything to agreements that go against the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.
Non-Disparagement
I Rank High and its clients should not cause harm to each other in any way during the service agreement and three years after the end of the service agreement.
Change in Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to this page from time to time. Our team will inform the existing clients each time we make a change on this page.
Limited Liability
I Rank High works with small, medium, and large organizations and our liability will always be limited in all cases. We will not be responsible if our clients are not able to meet revenue targets due to some reason. At most, we can refund the fees we changed for a campaign if something wrong happens due to our mistake or negligence.
Warranty of Results
We set realistic goals and our job is to deliver the results that we are supposed to deliver. Please share your expectations in written form if you have any. We might not be able to identify your expectations ourselves.
In most cases, we achieve the goals we set for a digital marketing campaign. However, we may not be able to achieve some of the goals in some cases. This can happen and it is not often in our control. We can try to achieve those goals in our next campaign.
